MEASURES TO PROMOTE EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES WITHIN THE COMPANY
-Promotion of gender equality in the company, complying with current legislation and following a criterion of good practices, as well as the provisions of the fifth of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) approved by the United Nations (UN), with regard to access to employment, training, professional promotion and working conditions, and, for these purposes:
-Respect for the principle of equal working conditions for jobs with the same requirements and value.
-Guarantee of the principle of equal opportunity in professional development.
-Promoting actions to eradicate inequalities in the company and to promote access of underrepresented genders to positions of responsibility.
-Strengthening of selection and professional development mechanisms and procedures that facilitate the presence of the underrepresented gender with the necessary qualifications in all areas of the organization where they are underrepresented. As well as the implementation of specific professional training programs for women.
-Orientation towards a balanced representation in the different decision-making bodies and levels, guaranteeing participation under equal opportunity conditions in all areas of the company.
Promotion of working conditions with a gender perspective, in favor of the reconciliation of personal and working life of all employees to promote gender equality, ensuring the elimination of all gender-based discrimination.
-Reinforcement of the company’s commitment to gender equality both in the organization and in society.
-Protection of those situations specific to the female professional group.
