Muebles Orts, S.L. has a factory equipped with computerized, mechanized, versatile facilities and machinery prepared for the manufacture of different programs and products.
Designing and producing leads us to increasingly straight and harmonious lines. That is why we offer a visual and functional design in our furniture, with a clean and robust finish, all thanks to the quality, details and construction that we provide. All our work is focused on the avant-garde combined with the comfort of everyday life.
Human Resources
At present there are 60 people that form the human team of Muebles Orts.
Since its beginnings in the sector, our company has experienced a remarkable growth. They are the greatest
Muebles Orts, S.L. occupies facilities of 14.000m2. In them, we are constantly renewing our knowledge in order to be able to use the most advanced technology in the manufacture of furniture. A policy of investment in the acquisition of the latest machinery guarantees the manufacture of a quality and competitive product adapted to different needs.
The woods that make up our furniture go through an environmentally responsible forestry management process, which guarantees the obtaining of high quality raw material for the manufacture of resistant and durable furniture.
We are also proud to be FSC® Chain of Custody certified, which reaffirms our commitment to the “green purchasing” standard. Our wood purchases are made exclusively from companies that hold this certification granted by ENAC.
Committed to sustainability and proximity, at Muebles Orts we strive to take care of every element of our furniture to create sustainable pieces without sacrificing quality. The boards of our furniture are made of melamine in accordance with European standards, thus ensuring your health while reducing our environmental impact.
Sustainable furniture
We manufacture our sustainable furniture collections with wood from fast-growing species, harvested in forests that meet internationally recognized standards according to FSC® guidelines.
85% of these boards are recycled
Its design is optimized to use 90% of the materials, the rest being used for packaging.

Our dedication to the environment is reflected in the creation of designer furniture that stands out for its functionality and versatility, without losing sight of environmental responsibility.
In our catalog you will find sustainable furniture that not only contributes to the organization and quality of the spaces, but also have a positive influence on health. Our commitment to eco-design results in pieces that favor a healthier working and domestic environment, with an ergonomic design that favors an optimal posture and reduces the risk of injuries. On the other hand, all our furniture can be disassembled by pieces, so that if one of them breaks down it can be replaced without the need to change the whole piece of furniture, thus minimizing the amount of possible waste..
When it comes to upholstery, at Muebles Orts we use sustainable, recyclable and biodegradable PET fabrics. These fabrics, sustainably manufactured in Spain from recycled plastic bottles, offer a soft and fine texture, standing out for their comfort. Lightweight and resistant, PET fabrics maintain their color when exposed to the sun, allowing you to use them as a decorative element in the interior of your bedroom.
