The internal reporting system allows you to report any action that involves an effective limitation of the rights and guarantees provided for in the L 2/2023 . If you submit a communication, even if not anonymously, you should be aware that your identity is preserved, that it cannot be communicated to third parties, and that the confidentiality of the data corresponding to the persons concerned and to any third party mentioned in the information provided is guaranteed. Disclosures to be made are subject to safeguards established in the applicable regulations.

The data you provide us through the communication channel form will be processed by our data processor JUSTEL ABOGADOS, with address at C/Lanuza, 2 -1º E – 03001 ALICANTE, and e-mail: vjustel@icali.es where you can also exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of processing, portability and, where appropriate, the revocation of your consent, by sending a letter indicating the right you want to exercise, accompanied by a copy of your ID card.

In addition, you may contact our Data Protection Officer by writing to him/her at the aforementioned postal address, or to the e-mail account provided.

The purpose of this channel is to make available to employees, customers, suppliers or third parties linked to MUEBLES ORTS, S.L., a procedure for reporting breaches of the Code of Ethics and possible crimes or irregular conduct observed within the company.

If you communicate to us through this channel any complaint about breaches of the Code of Ethics and possible crimes or irregular conduct observed within the company, your data will be processed in order to follow up on your complaint and initiate the corresponding investigation file or transfer it to the Public Administrations with jurisdiction over the facts that you communicate to us.

We will keep your data for the time necessary, and legally required for the processing of the procedures arising from the complaint.
